Bryan DeWayne Hobbs was 19 years old when he disappeared on August 29, 1994. Standing 6’3″ tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds, Bryan was last seen in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
Two days later, on August 31, 1994, Bryan’s green 1993 Toyota Tercel was discovered abandoned on Gresham Road in DeKalb County.
The vehicle was located, but Bryan was nowhere to be found.
Investigators noted that the keys were missing from the vehicle. Despite efforts to determine what happened after Bryan was last seen, no clear answers emerged. The discovery of the abandoned car marked the last significant lead in the case.
